We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Site Superintendent for our Site Services Team. The successful candidate will play a critical role in representing Alfabs and ensuring the successful execution of projects and services. Overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations, project execution, and customer relationships for Alfabs site services team. This role plays a crucial part in fostering a culture consistent with the Alfabs Values and Behaviors while ensuring the safety-first culture and producing exceptional services products. Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities: Champion a safety-first culture across the Site engineering team Manage site services works, rate job terms & conditions, and contract management Oversee quality and safety management, ensuring adherence to standards and regulations Act as the primary representative and face of Alfabs site services, engaging with clients and ensuring exceptional service delivery Identify opportunities to expand services and manage project execution of small and larger projects Collaborate with site supervisors to effectively coordinate and manage the execution of works Manage vehicle fleet and plant, tool, and equipment register for assigned assets Handle progress claims for rate jobs and monthly claims for Service Level Agreements (SLAs) Develop Project/Job SWMS, methodologies, schedules, and forecasts Build and cultivate strong, long-lasting customer relationships Adhere to company WHS&E policy, procedures, and rules and follow safe work practices What we offer: Full-time employment Competitive remuneration Centralised great working environment An aspirational organisation that focuses on personal growth and career development. Your skills and experience will include? Relevant trade qualification or certificate Current driver’s license Certificate or Diploma in leadership or relevant qualification 3-5 years of experience in a similar role Strong background in contractor organization and enforcing compliance with HSEQ performance measures Experience managing projects/rates work and client relationship management Demonstrated ability to manage accident/incident investigations, risk assessments, and hazard and injury management processes Sound skills with Microsoft Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, Business Craft, and Project Solid understanding of industry safety requirements and experience with subcontractor management Excellent communication and leadership skills Please submit your resume and a covering letter through the link provided.
