With offices in every capital city and a team of 715 staff, including over 500 lawyers, we work in more than 40 different areas of law related to government.About the roleAs the Senior Assistant - Business Services, you will play a vital role in the day-to-day delivery of high quality, effective and efficient office services for the Canberra office.In this role you will:act as the first point of contact for all visitors to the officeprovide high-quality service to internal and external clients by acting in a professional, welcoming and efficient manner at all timesundertake on ground IT support (backup) when requiredmanage all records within the office and assist with annual file auditsprovide support during peak periods to lawyers and legal support staffconduct and report on health and safety concerns.About youThis role will suit an experienced Senior Assistant that will ideally have:demonstrated experience in a support or front-of-house role with a demonstrable flexible and positive “can do” attitudeexcellent problem-solving skillsdemonstrated customer service experienceability to work under pressure and effectively prioritise tasksgood judgment and communication skillsa proven ability to build relationships, be approachable and responsive.This role will also supervise the provision of hospitality for marketing and other AGS events, and provide additional support in other corporate functions to the Canberra office.
