Job Description Proactively drive outstanding performance in Safety and Quality in Delivery Operations.Foster a culture of Safety and Quality throughout the organization.Customers Establish and promote a service-minded culture and outside-in thinking in Delivery Operations.Capture and feed the Voice of Customer throughout Delivery Operations.Ensure customer-centricity in the development of delivery operations across all countries and Front Lines (FL) units.Leadership and People Development Contribute to strategic planning and decision-making at the executive level.Lead, evaluate, and develop the Area Operations team(s) to achieve budget, safety, quality, and customer satisfaction goals.Identify and address competence development needs for Operations leadership, project management, and installation.Drive efficient, safe, and high-quality installation operations in line with KONE methods.Ensure quality of tactical and strategic resource and capacity management practices to optimize resource utilization and capacity availability.Project Management Ensure that KONE adds value to customers' projects with seamless and reliable project delivery.Drive and ensure the use of systematic methodologies to expand margin through value-add services and change order opportunities.Drive profitable, reliable, and efficient project management practices in line with KONE methods.Manage and develop required project management competences.Delivery Operations Management Own the KONE Way Delivery Operating model in the Area.Ensure solid cross-functional Sales & Operations Planning.Drive high-quality order book management (scheduling and revenue/cost forecasting).Actively improve Sourcing & Logistics performance with respective functions.Drive good cooperation, alignment, and synchronization between ANZ region and relevant Supply Units.Business Performance Set targets for Delivery Operations, follow business performance, and provide actionable feedback based on business metrics.Identify gaps and improvement opportunities in sales volume, contribution margin (CMII), and costs, and drive actions to improve business line performance.Establish operating budgets and monitor customer service, safety, quality, and financial performance to identify development focus areas and prioritize investments.Ensure effective deployment and benefit realization of KONE Way and local initiatives.Provide input and feedback about changes needed to KONE Way.Other Responsibilities May have the responsibility of Area Safety operations.May have the responsibility of Area Quality & Environment operations.Are You the One? Approximately 15 years of experience, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role such as Director, Senior Area Manager, or Area Director.Strong understanding of the market and excellent capability in customer relationship management.Experience in customer project management, portfolio management, and knowledge of installation methods and site management.We are one of the global leaders in the elevator (lift) and escalator industry.
