Description Manage and integrate non-food item data from various merchants into the platform, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and seamless operation. Monitor data ingestion and verify that the data meets established criteria, ensuring smooth transitions and preventing potential disruptions in the platform. Troubleshoot integration issues and perform root cause analysis (RCA) to resolve problems that occur before, during, and after integration. Serve as the primary point of contact for merchants and internal teams, providing timely feedback and acting as a liaison to resolve issues efficiently. Work closely with merchants at various stages of integration, helping those newly transitioning and supporting those already migrated. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Engineering, Commercial, and Merchants to ensure successful integrations and operational effectiveness. Continuously improve integration processes by documenting best practices and creating/maintaining integration playbooks and resources. Conduct audits, checks, and data validation to ensure high-quality data integrity throughout the integration process. Manage and support multiple integration projects simultaneously while ensuring high attention to detail and organizational skills. Provide technical support to merchants, addressing queries and challenges with technical solutions that improve integration success. Enhance the overall merchant experience by ensuring successful transitions, smooth operations, and resolving integration issues proactively. Profile Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets, perform troubleshooting, and identify root causes of issues. Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets to analyse and manage data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in all tasks. Detail-oriented and highly organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently. Excellent problem-solving abilities, capable of diagnosing and resolving technical issues independently and effectively. Familiarity with technical integrations, especially in a data-heavy environment, and the ability to adapt to new tools and processes quickly. Prior experience in a technical support, integrations, or operations role preferred, with a focus on data management. Strong communication skills, able to interact with merchants, internal teams, and stakeholders to resolve issues and provide updates. Experience or knowledge in understanding basic coding languages (JavaScript, Python) is highly desirable.
