Role Highlights:
Classification: Executive Level 1
Location: Canberra (Other locations considered)
Initial Contract Term: 12 months (potential for up to 3 years in total)
Security Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain Baseline security clearance
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Manage and oversee high-profile contract arrangements, ensuring compliance with relevant policies and legislation.
✅ Identify and resolve roadblocks to support contract success.
✅ Support procurement and management of smaller contracts related to the Program.
✅ Develop and prepare new contracts and business cases in collaboration with PMO, Finance, and Procurement teams.
✅ Assist in developing transition strategies for post-contract services for the National Data System.
Skills & Experience:
Qualifications in Contract Management (preferred)
Proven expertise in procurement and contract management
Strong communication and collaboration skills to engage diverse stakeholders
Highly developed written and verbal communication skills to explain complex concepts
Strong organizational skills with the ability to meet deadlines
