Our Digital Business Analysts are client-facing, building great relationships, and managing stakeholders is critical.
As an experienced business analyst, you're used to working to high standards - in this role you will manage projects and clients at an exceptionally high level.
Our Digital Business Analysis team collects and analyzes requirements and solves client problems using solutions.
It serves as a liaison between Avanade clients and consultants, particularly during initial project phases.
Technical skills:
Your experience lies in Managed Services focusing on Azure platform and infrastructure cloud support.
You are experienced across a variety of technologies that may include Azure architecture and implementation, including Azure Active Directory, IaaS and PaaS solutions, Network, Storage, Security, and more.
Experience working with configuration management and infrastructure orchestration tools, primarily Terraform.
Technical Characteristics desired for this role:
Design, implement, and support core Windows server infrastructure in the corporate environment (Active Directory, DNS, Certificate Services, AD FS).
Install, configure, and maintain Windows Server environments, including Windows Server 2008 / 2012 / 2016.
Troubleshoot legacy Linux, Windows, and ESX server and OS issues.
Execute a planned program of virus updates, patch and service pack management, including testing, deployment staging, and documentation.
Support the Windows Server and Virtualization Infrastructure, audit and compliance, and server hardware.
Effectively communicate and build rapport with team members, management, stakeholders, infrastructure teams, and interface groups using a variety of techniques, from initiation to close.
You will be an Australian Citizen (preferably with existing security clearance).
You have good communication and interpersonal skills that will enable you to develop relationships with internal and external stakeholders and contribute effectively to our Managed Services organization.
You will also possess analytical and problem-solving skills enabling you to be creative and innovative in the support of our clients.
Support the translation of client finance industry regulatory requirements into mainframe related solutions, including requirements approval, communication, traceability, and reuse.
Contribute to the transfer of functional requirements to development and test teams.
Use client workflow technology to automate business processes.
Stay abreast on updates and new releases in Microsoft technologies.
Educate end users on Avanade capabilities.
Identify use cases to define and prioritize technical, functional, and non-functional requirements.
Work with customers to understand existing process flows and requirements, then help design processes and proofs-of-concept for new systems or solutions.
Communicate effectively with client, experience design, and technical teams to build a common understanding and manage expectations.
