Their primary goals are to ensure plant reliability, tenant satisfaction, sustainability, and the preservation of property assets, alongside maintaining safety across all systems. The SFM is also tasked with supervising services, managing contractors, and evaluating their performance to uphold essential services and risk management.In addition to operational responsibilities, the SFM plays a crucial role in fostering positive professional relationships among clients, tenants, staff, and associates, promoting the core values and practices of CBRE. The ideal SFM is a motivated leader capable of negotiating and communicating effectively across all organizational levels, managing a small team proficiently while maintaining high standards of personal presentation.Key Responsibilities: Contract Management: Oversee performance of service contractors and suppliers, ensuring compliance with KPIs and efficient service delivery across various technical domains.Tenant Liaison: Maintain effective communication and responsiveness to tenant inquiries and complaints, coordinating with the DEXUS Response Centre for improved service.Administration: Monitor operational expenditure, manage invoicing and budgets, and ensure timely documentation updates while adhering to Quality Assurance practices.Safety and Environmental Management: Address safety and environmental audit items, manage risks, and ensure documentation is maintained for compliance.General Responsibilities: Engage in additional tasks as assigned, participate in training, and contribute to specialist portfolio tasks to enhance building operations expertise. About you: A minimum 7 years' experience in building facilities/management role with a preference for some team management experienceHave worked with and managed a portfolio of properties preferably focused on sophisticated commercial and industrial propertiesTertiary qualification in a technical/ facilities field (or relevant trade courses with proven graduation)OH & S General Induction for Construction Work or equivalent.Experience in contractor management in commercial and Industrial building environment.Experience in Project Management is an advantage.
