The engineering team comprises of roughly 30 designers and engineers and have successfully delivered iconic commercial and public developments. Responsibilities: Workshop Drawings (BIM Modeling): Develop detailed Building Information Modeling (BIM) workshop drawings for HVAC systems across multiple projects. Utilize Revit to create accurate 3D models, incorporating ductwork, piping, equipment, and other mechanical components. Ensure compliance with industry standards and project-specific requirements. Collaborate with structural and architectural teams to resolve clashes and optimize spatial coordination. Clash Detection and Coordination: Conduct clash detection using Navisworks to identify clashes between MEP systems, structural elements, and architectural features. Participate in interdisciplinary coordination meetings to resolve clashes and streamline system integration. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external partners. BIM Project Management: Maintain and update BIM project documents throughout the project lifecycle. Manage version control, ensuring an accurate representation of design changes. Collaborate with project managers to track progress and meet project milestones. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field. Proficiency in Revit MEP modeling and Navisworks for clash detection. Strong understanding of mechanical HVAC design principles, load calculations, and equipment selection.
