Operations Manager – College Park
4 weeks Annual Leave increasing to 5 weeks after 2 years continued service. Base salary $124,840.04 - $129,756.12 per annum + vehicle & fuel card + generous NFP salary packaging available (up to $15,900/annum)
About the Role
As the Operations Manager you will:
* Be responsible for the day-to-day management of the General and Specialist Fostering care service within the State.
* Manage, develop, and provide leadership to the Team in line with Key Assets Australia objectives and values.
* Ensure and monitor compliance in relation to Case Plans, Placement Agreements, Foster Carer Reviews, Working with Children checks, Police Checks, and required carer trainings.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide clinical guidance and support for complex case management issues, including governance and oversight of new placement and matching with KAASA current foster carers.
* Work strategically across the 3 regions to improve the processes, and systems ensuring a consistent model of practice across the state.
* Work closely with the recruitment team as required and provide governance and oversight of the transition of new carers to the social work teams.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll come with:
* Social Work, Psychology, Counselling or other relevant recognised Qualifications
* Prior experience working with and/or on behalf of children, young people and families at a management level
* Supervisory experience including managing underperformance
* Tenacity, diligence and resilience - with the ability to adopt a creative approach to problem solving in a fast-paced environment
