You'll play a key part in ensuring customers receive their orders promptly and accurately while providing exceptional customer service.Qualifications & Experience • Excellent Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication is essential for this role.• Attention to Detail: Precision is crucial for accurate order fulfillment.• Positive & Energetic Attitude: We value passion and positivity in our team.• Physically Active: Comfortable working on your feet and moving around the warehouse to pick and pack orders efficiently.• E-commerce Platforms Experience: Experience with Gorgias, ShipStation, and Shopify is highly regarded but not essential.• Reliability & Autonomy: Ability to work independently and reliably.• Problem-Solving Skills: Take ownership of issues and find creative solutions.• Computer Literate: Must be comfortable using computers and various software.
