Women's and Children's Health Network, Health and Recovery, Trauma and Safety Service (HaRTSS), Cedar Health Service, North Adelaide (5006) Classification - ASO2 - Administrative Services Officer L2 - $58,709 to $63,154 Part Time (0.5 FTE) - Term Contract (Temporary up to 30 June 2025) About the OpportunityWe currently have an exciting opportunity to join the Cedar Health Service team as an Administration Officer, where you will be responsible for: Provides responsive reception and administrative services, support and advice to support the work of the Strategic Projects and Training team and site staff. Undertakes the processing and maintenance of site data and associated records, CHS client management systems, financial, HR and purchasing administration functions. Is part of a multi-disciplinary team that provides a wide range of services and is responsible for delivering a high-quality customer service to consumers who have experienced trauma, abuse and domestic family violence in a professional, responsive and timely manner to achieve optimal client focused outcomes. Requires a flexible autonomous approach to work using initiative and the ability to prioritise competing workload demands. About YouTo be successful in this role, you will have the ability to: Demonstrated experience in the use of client management information and record management systems Demonstrated experience in the provision of a reception and administration service. Demonstrated experience in dealing with highly confidential and sensitive information and the provision of high-quality customer service.
