About the Role: As our Property Coordinator, you'll bring your expertise to manage our diverse property portfolio, supporting the strategic and operational needs of various departments.
You'll work closely with the Manager – Building and Assets, leading the implementation of property management plans and projects, while ensuring they align with organisational goals.
This role offers the opportunity to expand your skills within a team driven by social purpose and community impact.
Property Management: Coordinate property needs, including evaluations, lease management, contractor management, maintenance programs, and capital renewals.
Asset Management: Assist in assessments of our property portfolio to improve resource efficiency, reduce costs, and extend asset lifespan.
Collaboration & Coordination: Develop and refine property management plans in collaboration with stakeholders, ensuring they integrate seamlessly with operational service goals.
Stakeholder Engagement: Communicate property-related issues effectively with non-technical stakeholders and advocate for integrated asset management practices.
About You: Essential : At least 3 years of experience managing a large property portfolio or equivalent.
Proven experience overseeing maintenance and renewal programs for buildings or other property assets.
Strong track record in budget management, including service proposals, procurement, and contractor oversight.
Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and influencing skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive and manage change effectively.
Desirable : Experience managing property in a complex, geographically dispersed organisation.
Familiarity with optimising property portfolios to reduce costs and enhance resource utilisation.
Relevant licence/certification or tertiary qualifications in Property Management or similar.
Requirements: Current Australian Driver's Licence.
Current NSW Working with Children's Check NDIS Worker Screening Check Current Police Check COVID-19 vaccination certificate.
