About the role
Due to growth in the business we are looking for an experienced customer service/ dispatch coordinator to join our friendly team. This role is suitable for someone who is highly driven and is known for their professionalism, attention to detail, ability to multi task and has excellent customer service and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities for the role
* Managing customer and general enquiries, make bookings and prioritise urgent works and resolve any issues efficiently.
* Coordinate with technicians, relay accurate information, and manage trades locations and needs in the field.
* Maintain customer data base ensuring up to date information is entered, keep customers updated on progress on works carried out.
* Record service call results and generate summaries for senior management.
* Participate in various training to enhance overall customer satisfaction and assist in developing strategies to improve overall success of the business.
Skills & experience
* Experienced in an office administration and or scheduling role ideally within the construction/trade industry.
* Proven ability and experience in a customer focussed role, highly organised and enjoy working in a fast paced environment.
* Strong computer literacy, experienced in Microsoft and CRM systems with database management skills.
* A good attention to deal and the ability to prioritise tasks, problem solve and excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
