Key Responsibilities:
1. Service & Value Selling – Market project management, development management, and capital solutions effectively, positioning the business as a high-value partner.
2. Brand Positioning – Enhance market presence through strategic brand storytelling, credibility-building, and thought leadership.
3. Client-Centric Strategy – Align marketing efforts with buyer motivations, ensuring messaging resonates with investors, developers, and corporate clients.
4. Brand & Digital Strategy – Expand and refine LinkedIn, Instagram, and online presence, driving top-of-funnel engagement.
5. Website & Content Management – Maintain a strong digital footprint with clear, compelling brand messaging.
6. Marketing Calendar & Campaigns – Implement a structured marketing strategy and improve execution.
7. Proposals & Investment Documents – Develop high-quality, value-driven materials for development pitches, tenders, and capital raising.
8. CRM & eDMs – Optimise CRM structures for better engagement, lead tracking, and efficiency.
9. Event Management & Client Engagement – Organise boardroom lunches and corporate gifting to strengthen relationships.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
1. B2B/professional services marketing experience – Preferably within consultancy, professional services, or commercial property.
2. Digital-first mindset – Proven success in LinkedIn strategy, content creation, and digital campaigns.
3. Proficiency in InDesign – Strong skills in proposal writing, investment presentations, and credentials documents.
4. Tech-Savvy & Innovative – Ability to identify and implement modern marketing tools and automation solutions.
