About the position
The Procurement Administrator provides support to Coordinator Procurement and Contracts regarding operational and strategic objectives of the procurement function. This includes reviewing tender documentation, taking meeting minutes and supporting the administration of Council’s procurement software.

About you
* Certificate III in Business Administration or other equivalent qualification or experience.
* A Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality and demonstrated high ethical standards.
* A high level of attention to detail.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
* Strong written and communication skills.
* Working knowledge of procurement processes. (desirable)
* Certificate IV in Procurement and Contracting or other equivalent qualifications or experience. (desirable)
* Demonstrated experience and/or capability to deliver the Job Specific Key Accountabilities (outlined in the Position Description).
* Demonstrated Developed key capabilities as defined in the Key Capabilities Table (outlined in the Position Description).
We offer
* Full Time Term Contract, 35 hours per week, up until 30 June 2025
* Hourly Rate from $36.6043 to $41.1266 per hour (depending on qualifications, skills and experience) plus 11.5% superannuation
