Are you a registered nurse with less than 12 months experience? You’ll have the opportunity to participate in Bupa’s Graduate Program, designed to consolidate your clinical skills and leadership capability in a structured, supportive and caring environment.

What will you bring?
* A passion and energy for world-class care.
* AHPRA registration as a Div 1 Registered Nurse – Essential.
* Ability to work as part of a tight-knit team and delegate effectively.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* A strong understanding of Resident Rights, and Aged Care Accreditation Standards and their Outcomes.
