Due to an internal secondment, a position is available for a professional and diligent Team Administrator who excels in a dynamic environment. This role involves providing support to two members of our Executive Leadership Team and their teams: the Chief Quality Officer and the Practice, Quality and Risk team, and the Chief Strategy Officer and the Strategy and Growth team.
Your professional and articulate verbal and written communication skills, combined with your proactive and hands-on approach, together with your ability to adapt and prioritise, will contribute greatly to your success in this interesting and varied role.
Your days will include;
* Organise and coordinate meetings - bookings, calendars and related logistics
* Diary Coordination for Chief Quality Officer and Chief Strategy Officer
* Development of presentations and Slide Packs
* File and resources management - SharePoint
* Management and coordination of mini projects and improvement initiatives
* Assistance in orientation and support of incoming and outgoing team members
* Management and coordination of team events and travel arrangements
* Processing of purchase orders, invoices, & expense reconciliation - Basware
The ideal candidate will have strong interpersonal skills, the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders, a solution-focused approach, a curious mindset, and the drive to succeed.
Additionally, you will have;
* Demonstrated experience in a similar position supporting at an executive level - preferred
* Experience in Aged Care / Healthcare, Quality & Governance – Highly regarded
* Tertiary qualifications in Business Administration or equivalent working experience
* Ability to work collaboratively with team members and internal and external stakeholders
* Competent in using computer systems & MS Office suite including PowerPoint or related, with advanced skills in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and SharePoint preferred
* Willingness to obtain a Police Check
