Our clients are seeking real estate and property professionals across Brisbane, the Gold Coast + the Sunshine Coast - Senior + Assistant Property Managers, On-Site Property Managers, Senior + Assistant Administrators, Receptionists, Body Corporate Assistants + Managers, Building Managers, Facilities Managers + Retail Administrators + Centre Managers, Accounts Managers and more in both temp + temp to permanent roles!
About You
1. MINIMUM 6-12 months' Real Estate or Property experience (residential/retail/commercial) - due to the nature of contracting, candidates must have some experience within the Real Estate or Property industry - aside from Reception or Admin roles - as these are not entry level roles
2. QLD Certificate of Registration or Estate Agent License is a must for residential property management roles
3. Reliable car and open QLD drivers' license
4. Proficient in one or more software packages – Property Me, Property Tree, Console Cloud, Inspect Real Estate, MRI, Cirrus8 etc.
5. Motivated, flexible with excellent communication skills + presentation
6. Must be reliable and punctual!
