Job DescriptionThe RoleReporting to the Sustainability Manager, the Sustainability Program Coordinator (Social programs) will collate, analyse, and report on Beyond Bank's ESG impact data, with a focus on social areas such as modern slavery, human rights, workplace development and culture, reconciliation, and community investments.You will coordinate sustainability initiatives and continuous improvement projects, engaging with key internal stakeholders to manage change impacts and ensure successful delivery.
Additionally, you will support the preparation and delivery of sustainability reports and communications as part of the business's sustainability reporting and B Corp commitments.In the role you willMonitor, measure, and improve the performance and impact of Beyond Bank's ESG program and B Corp certification, focusing on social issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and standards.Identify and mitigate risk exposure by collaborating internally to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and proper implementation of compliance programs.Collect, analyse, and report on sustainability and community impacts, including modern slavery and human rights, and inform the development of other social programs such as diversity, equity and inclusion and reconciliation.Support the implementation of sustainability initiatives and projects in collaboration with other teams, tracking performance against deliverables and exploring opportunities for improvement.Communicate effectively to support internal and external sustainability communications, including newsletters and social media posts.Provide advice and support to the Beyond Bank Australia Foundation and other community-driven initiatives.Ensure compliance with risk management frameworks and contribute to the delivery of the Total Customer Solution and BBA strategy.QualificationsAbout YouRelevant tertiary qualification with a sustainability focusExperience in sustainability, human rights, sustainable procurement, or social impactKnowledge of B Corp certification requirements (new standards)Writing and presentation skillsProject managementData analysis and reportingBusiness development and relationship-building skillsAdditional InformationSee yourself in our teamYou will be joining the sustainability team: a group of passionate, purpose-driven, professionals who work tirelessly to drive social and environmental impact for our customers and communities.
