What You Need to Bring:
* Educational Background:
*
o A relevant tertiary qualification in Human Services (such as Social Work, Education, Youth Work, or Employment Services) or equivalent experience in a similar role is desirable.
o Specific qualifications or training in working with families facing multiple and complex needs in community or employment services.
* Essential Certifications:
*
o Child Safe Environments and RAN-EC qualification.
o A current Child Safe Environments certificate.
o Mandatory Checks:
o
+ Current DHS Working with Children Check.
+ Current DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check.
* Professional Experience:
*
o Experience in human services setting, with a solid understanding of various intervention models.
o Proven track record in providing case management services to young people and/or families.
o Experience working with marginalised individuals, including expertise in case planning and complex case management.
* Key Skills and Commitment:
*
o A strong commitment to the principles of social inclusion and quality management.
o Excellent community engagement skills, including networking, negotiation, mediation, and public relations.
o Knowledge of, or experience in, educational and vocational areas.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and database management.
