As Head of Marketing, you'll play a key leadership role in driving brand growth, enhancing family engagement, and developing innovative enrolment strategies to position Big Fat Smile as a continued trusted leader in the early childhood education sector.
You'll leverage data insights to collaborate with Children Services teams on local marketing initiatives, drive performance targets, manage financial processes, optimize marketing investments, and oversee brand development for both internal and external stakeholders.

What you need to succeed
* Tertiary qualification in Marketing and relevant formal qualification in Graphic Design (desirable)
* Extensive experience in overseeing the development and execution of digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, social media, digital campaigns, and paid advertising, to enhance visibility and reach
* Strong leadership skills in fostering a high-performing team culture focused on innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement
* Extensive and demonstrated experience in the management of a marketing, experience or communication function with clear and significant outcomes achieved
* Absolute customer mindset with a strong track record in developing value propositions using market insight and hard metrics with commercial acumen and sound business judgement
* Extensive and demonstrated experience in spearheading a results-driven marketing campaign with demonstrated results
* Strong planning and prioritisation skills with the ability to broker outcomes with stakeholders
* Experience in developing and maintaining mature business relationships with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders, including the ability to influence and persuade.
