Our client, a well-established manufacturing organisation, is looking to appoint a Customer Service/Sales Administrator to join their team in Deeside.
Responsibilities:
1. Perform various administrative tasks to support daily operations
2. Provide administrative support to the management team and other staff members
3. Collaborate effectively with team members
4. Answer phone calls and emails professionally
5. Process customer orders via emails and telephone
6. Liaise with customers and suppliers
7. Arrange and book transport for customer orders
8. Process data using Sage 200
9. Work closely with the sales team and key stakeholders across the business
10. Assist in managing a number of wholesale accounts
The person:
1. Strong administration skills
2. Strong organisational skills
3. Ability to work on own initiative
4. ERP experience - ideally in Sage 200
5. Previous experience in a sales role would be an advantage
