We're seeking an early childhood teacher to join our team at Princes Close Early Years Service, delivering a funded kindergarten program for children aged 3–5 years. This role offers a chance to shape young minds through engaging learning experiences, fostering curiosity, development, and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality education to children aged 3–5 years, promoting their unique needs and interests.
* Work closely with families and fellow educators to create a welcoming and inclusive environment.
* Develop and implement engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity and development.
This is a fixed-term, full-time role, working Monday to Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm. You'll receive a competitive salary, plus superannuation and time in lieu, as well as a supportive team environment where your ideas and contributions are valued.
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A Degree in Early Childhood Education, with experience teaching in a funded kindergarten program.
* A collaborative mindset, with a strong understanding of State and Federal policies, regulations, and compliance requirements for Early Years Services and Funded Kindergarten Programs.
* A passion for working with children and families, with a commitment to equity, inclusiveness, Indigenous perspectives, and sustainable practices.
