About Us:
At the Department of the Premier and Cabinet (DPC), our primary responsibility is to provide support and guidance to the Premier and Cabinet to effectively deliver on the government's priorities, commitments, decisions, and objectives for the betterment of the community.
The ITS team comprises 34 staff and is a part of People and Services, within the Governance and Engagement Division. We provide IT support to the Department and to Ministerial Offices and the Office of the Leader of the Opposition and Premier, prioritising excellence in service provision and high performance.
Your opportunity:
As Manager, Enterprise Architecture and Customer Engagement, you will contribute by:
1. Developing enterprise architecture strategy and governance that balances delivery, efficiency, security, and cost.
2. Increasing strategic and technology alignment between the internal departmental environment and the Ministerial/Opposition environment.
3. Leading customer demand and prioritisation of the ICT Portfolio, facilitating planning and strategic alignment.
About you:
You demonstrate proficiency in architecture, solution development, and sound knowledge of Microsoft Azure technologies, Information Technologies, and the broader Microsoft ecosystem. Your experience includes the practice of enterprise architecture and design of IT solutions. You also have a proven ability to work innovatively and analytically in a complex environment of shifting priorities and possess excellent communication (written, verbal, and presentation) and interpersonal skills.
