You will be working closely with the Service Manager and be focused on managing and exceeding the customers’ expectations.
In this role you will be responsible for:
* Ensuring the satisfactory resolution of all customer complaints
* Providing the best customer experience
* Being proactive in promoting customer loyalty and referrals
* Following up and responding to CRM Telemarketing
* Achieving retail gross $’s as per daily target
* Completing all paperwork to the highest standard
* Ensuring the workshop is booked to 100% daily
The successful applicant will possess:
* Full Australian working rights
* Experience as a Service Advisor
* Be professional and well presented
* Good PC Skills
* Valid manual licence
* Ability to work effectively within a positive team environment
In return you will be rewarded with a good remuneration package, with strong incentives. This is negotiable, based on experience. Top performers should be earning around c$95,000. You will also receive ongoing training and great career progression opportunities.
