Application Support Specialist - Dynamics 365 Finance & OperationsGrowing Agricultural Machinery Supplier requires an Applications Support Specialist for a permanent opportunity based in Derrimut, commencing ASAP. You will provide day-to-day technical support across this company's global applications, ERP, CRM, and web-facing systems. This opportunity is ideal for someone passionate about customer service with strong technical skills to resolve incidents efficiently and prioritise tasks as required.Your new roleIn this challenging and rewarding position, you will be responsible for:Building relationships - able to relate constructively to all levels of the organisation.Proven experience planning, undertaking and finishing activities to achieve high quality results.Proven user management experience - able to engage directly with users in the most appropriate way in any given set of circumstances.IT Systems, Infrastructure and Application Support knowledge / FinOps support / Automated Form Management / Power Automate knowledge / API configuration and management.Must have SQL knowledge and experience with Dynamics CRM (D365) administration and support experience.
