Duties include:Provide admin support to the procurement teamProcess employee timesheetsUse Excel, Word, and costing softwareLiaise with clients for quotes and pricesAct as liaison for civil works enquiriesProvide customer service (phone, visitors, drivers)Handle filing, archiving, mail, and office suppliesManage accounts payable (data entry and reconciliation)Enter payroll data into SAPAssist with project costing in SAPOther duties as assigned by the Project Manager or Financial CoordinatorAbout YouWe are looking for applicants who are committed to advancing their skills and completing a formal qualification in Business Administration.
