You will provide primary care based on a patient-centred model allowing patients to participate in their health management actively. The team works closely with correctional staff to deliver holistic and integrated patient-centered health services that: Promote the rehabilitation and reintegration of inmates. Ensure the safety and security of inmates. Fosters a high standard of practice to facilitate safe healthcare delivery.
