About the Role:
In this dynamic position, you will design, develop, and deliver high-quality training programs and workshops tailored to the diverse needs of our research community. Your primary responsibilities include:
* Collaborating with academic staff, research students, and industry partners to identify and address professional development requirements
* Developing comprehensive curricula and facilitating interactive workshops to empower researchers with the skills and knowledge necessary to thrive in their fields
* Contributing to the ongoing improvement of research policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure JCU remains at the forefront of research best practices
Qualifications, Skills, and Experience:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
* A postgraduate qualification in a relevant field
* Proven experience in developing and delivering research training programs
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders
