Add expected salary to your profile for insightsWe are seeking a confidential, proactive and detail-oriented Executive Assistant to provide administrative and governance support to our Board. This role is central to ensuring the smooth functioning of board operations and also offers the opportunity to contribute to our financial processes through basic bookkeeping tasks.This is a part-time role, approximately 25 hours per month, with flexibility around how those hours are worked. Board meetings typically occur once per month, and attendance (in person or online) will be required to take minutes.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-level administrative support to the Board and ChairCoordinate and prepare Board meeting agendas and papersAccurately record and distribute meeting minutes and action itemsMaintain records, registers and filing in line with governance standardsManage Board communications and schedulingAssist with bookkeeping duties, including:Bank reconciliationsProcessing invoicesPreparing and lodging Business Activity Statements (BAS)Liaising with our accountant/bookkeeper as requiredAbout YouYou are an experienced administrator or Executive Assistant who is comfortable working independently and can manage a small but important workload each month.
