Amplifon Australia is looking for a Retail Trainer (internally known as CA Trainer) to join our #makemorepossible team!
Reporting to CA Training Lead, this role is accountable for up-skilling our CA Team using their superior diary management and appointment activation skills. Be part of a dynamic & high performing team!
Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver CA coaching programs
2. Ensure best practices in customer service are followed in all clinics
3. Consistently monitor and evaluate training delivered
4. Prepare training plans for identified areas of improvement
5. Train through a variety of methodologies including e-learning, online and face-to-face sessions
6. Conduct induction programs for new joiners
7. Administer on-the-job training
8. Develop and update training modules
You will have:
9. Completion of year 12 or equivalent
10. Worked in a client facing role for a minimum 2 years
11. Have a passion for training and service excellence
12. Be confident in public speaking
13. Have knowledge of MS Office Suite
14. Ability to travel interstate and drivers license
15. Be highly organised and deadline driven
16. A proven CA with the ability to deliver results
