Be a driving force in an exciting new era for AWX and PeopleIN’s Industrial Specialist Services (ISS) division. As a key player, you’ll dive into a diverse portfolio, focusing on lead generation, brand strategy, web dev and events. The ISS marketing team is at a key growth stage, you’ll work with each brand to create innovative digital marketing campaigns that hit the mark with their unique audiences while delivering a ROI.
What you’ll be doing
Working with the ISS Marketing Manager you’ll:
* Roll out targeted database and email marketing campaigns
* Handle website CMS management including landing page creation, content and performance optimisation
* Drive paid lead generation activities across social media, SEM and other digital channels
* Analyse and report on campaign performance and acquisition activities
* Manage social content across all platforms
* Create on brand assets and resources
* Oversee platforms like Google My Business, Google Analytics and SEM tools
* Conduct market and competitor research to keep us ahead of the curve
What you’ll need
This role is perfect for a go-getter with at least 1 - 2 years of digital marketing experience and a solid handle on core marketing principles.
* Tertiary quals in marketing and communications
* Exposure to multi-channel digital lead gen campaigns
* An eye for creativity and basic Canva skills
* Experience with website CMS
* Experience with database marketing and email marketing tools like MailChimp would be highly regarded
* Some knowledge of digital marketing platforms (Meta, LinkedIn Campaigns etc.) as well as the Google suite (Google Ads, Google Analytics, Good My Business), plus SEO/SEM tools
* Excellent workflow and time management skills, with the ability to juggle competing priorities
