This is an exciting opportunity to join a respected, national asset management business in a pivotal growth-focused role.As Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for identifying and converting new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and growing a pipeline of long-term customers across sectors such as fleet, finance, and infrastructure.
This externally focused role will see you represent a market-leading leasing and asset management product suite, delivered through a trusted national brand.Your PurposeDevelop and execute sales strategies to exceed new business targetsBuild strong relationships with CFOs, procurement leaders, and senior decision-makersPromote a range of asset and fleet management solutions across B2B and B2C marketsCollaborate across internal teams and stakeholders to deliver tailored proposals and seamless onboardingManage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation through to implementationKey ResponsibilitiesIdentify, pursue, and convert greenfield leads to expand your sales pipelineDeliver compelling sales presentations and negotiate agreements with senior stakeholdersWork with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Customer Relations, and Business ServicesAttend industry forums and events to build visibility and source new businessMonitor and report on pipeline activity, conversions, and cross-sell opportunitiesMaintain compliance with pricing policies and internal approval processesSupport colleagues across regions (WA, SA) to maximise national growth opportunitiesAbout YouYou're an experienced sales professional with a strategic mindset, strong commercial acumen, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
