Duties:
* Provide advice, workshopping and solution architecture of platforms setup, product structures and customer segmentation for existing use cases and new opportunities.
* Work with the Business Analysts and Architects to validate the clients requirements and planned scope, ensuring they should be implemented in the platform.
* Advise and solution architecture for use cases that sit outside the scope of the platform.
* Supplementary training and enablement of client/partner team post standard Enablement based on client requirements and planned products.
* Training in best practices, "tricks of the trade" and other topics needed to create best in class analysis, insights and approaches.
* Review of approach, design and delivery of product structure, integration and downstream system considerations.
* High level design of the implementation approach when difficult or complex choices need to be made.
* Ad hoc query support on platform implementation and ongoing SME guidance on adjacent programs of work.
* Hands on delivery on certain portions of particularly complex or critical features and functions.
* Senior roles might need to take a more hands on business architecture, product development or engineering role when needed on a project by project basis.
* Building a relationship with the clients' Business, Product and Technical leadership.
* Key skills: Project Management, Relationship Building, Business Analysis, Scripting in Python, Yaml, R.
