Job Responsibilities
* Manage a portfolio of existing customers to strengthen relationships, drive sales, provide support, and educate clients through proactive engagement.
* Achieve exceptional earnings by consistently exceeding sales targets every month.
* Take ownership of meeting and surpassing weekly, monthly, and quarterly revenue and sales goals.
* Build trusted advisor relationships that help customers achieve their goals, leading to upsells, cross-sells, and renewals across 30+ products in our IT Complete Platform.
Requirements
* Proven experience working in a sales environment (preferably B2B or SaaS sales).
* High energy, grit, drive, passion for sales and customers, and eagerness to earn significant sales commissions.
* Proven track record of crushing sales goals.
* Accountability to goals and drives success through metrics and KPIs.
* Motivated, coachable, and competitive go-getter; resilient achiever driven to win and excel.
* Energetic team player with exceptional organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
* Exposure to CRM applications (Salesforce) to successfully manage leads, opportunities, and accounts.
