About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a psychologist to provide direct clinical care in a unique, specialist mental health setting with a large team of passionate and motivated psychologists. This position would also be part reestablishing a group treatment program for Veterans and current serving ADF members and setting up a pilot project for Massed Prolonged Exposure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Deliver high quality, evidence based, trauma specific treatment
* Provide individual and group based interventions in an outpatient setting
* Contribute to ongoing evaluation and improvement initiatives and portfolio work, in collaboration with leadership
Requirements:
* Demonstrated experience in provision of evidence based psychological interventions
* Demonstrated experience in working with individuals with a diagnosis of PTSD
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Keen interest, endorsement and experience in providing clinical supervision
* High level self management skills - time management, diligence, reliability
