Working closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chefs, you ensure the line operates seamlessly, producing high-quality dishes with precision and timeliness. As a leader in the kitchen, you foster a positive and professional atmosphere by providing guidance, encouragement, and coaching to your team. You hold the team accountable for maintaining exceptional service standards while empowering them to grow and succeed.
