This strategic yet hands-on role requires a strong, creative leader with a results-oriented mindset.Leading a team of five, the Head of Brand and Marketing will lead and develop BankVic’s brand and marketing strategy, brand purpose, campaign activities, administration, and the optimisation of BankVic’s marketing automation platform and paid media platforms and member engagement programs.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop and implement BankVic’s brand and marketing strategy, oversee budget management, and inspire and lead a high-performing team.Champion the BankVic brand internally to ensure internal alignment of our brand story.Oversee the program of campaign activities to drive acquisition and engagement.Foster advocacy and deepen relationships among BankVic’s membership base through insight-driven member engagement programs.Oversee contract negotiation and management of key sponsorship partnerships.Develop and implement marketing performance framework for effective tracking of marketing activity and spend.Who we are looking for:We are looking for someone who will have at least 10+ years of experience in the marketing industry, and more recently in a leadership role.
