We help Boards and Committees understand governance, risk management and provide guidance on best practice to strengthen every aspect of their business. The Risk Consultant role is an opportunity to join our team in adding value to our clients businesses, improving risk management and efficiency. One of our key client service areas is working across the Health Sector across regional and rural Victoria to review and improve organisational processes, spanning corporate, operational and clinical areas. The experience and expertise of our dedicated team of specialist risk consultants and internal auditors, including extensive experience within the health sector, allows us to work with organisations to achieve their strategic objectives and meet their compliance and risk management obligations.About you
you have experience working within the health sector, ideally in a role which required you to think about risk, process design and/or organisational processes.
you have had exposure to internal audit, risk management, process improvement and/or governance practices and you are seeking to expand your risk management, process redesign, internal audit or consulting experience is desirable.
you have outstanding communication skills, written and spoken, comfortable communicating with individuals across all levels of an organisation.
you have extensive experience in writing reports, observations and communicating results and outcomes to varied audiences.
you are committed to and understand the importance of relationship building, with your colleagues, community and your clients.
