Position Summary: Join our Ladies and Gentlemen and be responsible for managing the planning and execution of HR activities, programs, and initiatives. Showcase your inner creativity through the managing and facilitation of new associate programs whilst liaising with other key departments leaders. Go above and beyond, managing all areas of recruitment whilst following talent acquisition requirements. Strategically manage all aspects of the employee life cycle in collaboration with the wider Human Resources Team. Plan, organise and execute TakeCare events and activities for our associates as they are our most important assets. Strategically create the hotel's talent acquisition strategy, networking with local organisations and attending external recruitment fairs. Communicate performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions for each position and manage employee relations as required. Ensure you and the team maintain employee files containing required employment records, focusing on attention to detail. Manage Workers Compensation to ensure appropriate employee care and a focus on Return to Work. Build collaborative relationships to drive positive workplace culture with a strong focus on associate growth and development. About You: Minimum two years relevant experience in a Human Resources role. Strong knowledge in employment law. Working rights in Australia (mandatory). Enthusiastic to escalate your career.
