About the role
Newly created part time (0.8) fixed term position until 30 June 2026 based in Hamilton, NSW. Reporting directly to the Team Leader Clinical Nurse Consultant, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure effective planning, implementation and evaluation of client service information, education and support services, including:
* Scheduling client appointments and services in line with organisational needs.
* Liaising with clients and stakeholders to support service delivery and data collection.
* Ensuring accurate data entry and reporting to funding bodies using internal databases.
* Processing support requests in alignment with national procedures.
* Providing system and administrative support to Client Services staff.
* Monitoring inboxes, folders, and portals for timely responses and updates.
* Manage RSVPs, waiting lists, and prepare meeting materials (agendas, minutes).
* Coordinate logistics, including room bookings, catering, and tech setup for services.

About you
To be successful in this role, we are looking for someone with the following:
1. Relevant certificate/diploma with no prior relevant experience or no qualification with more than 12 months relevant experience.
2. Certificate III in Business Administration would be highly regarded.
3. Fosters teamwork by working together and cooperatively.
4. Understands and uses available technologies and information to maximise efficiencies and deliver effective services
5. Understands and complies with legislation, Dementia Australia policies, procedures and instructions.
6. Uses effective time management skills to plan, evaluate and organise work demands to achieve priority outcomes.
7. Communicates clearly and openly with different audiences.
