This is an exciting opportunity to be the primary contact point for prospective students and contribute to their journey toward studying at UOW. You will be instrumental in providing high-level customer service and support from enquiry to enrolment through various communication channels including face-to-face, email, live chat, telephone, and social media.The Future Student Advisor plays a pivotal role in providing accurate information about UOW course offerings, admissions process, enrolment, scholarships, accommodation and student life. They will assist with administrative functions related to the student lifecycle and contribute to student recruitment events and activities.About YouYou will be passionate about customer service and helping prospective students. You will be proactive, motivated, and target driven, with the ability to work well within a diverse, collaborative team. You will be experienced in meeting deadlines, with the ability to adjust and reprioritise your workload as needed.Your ability to adapt to new web-based systems and service-related technology will be essential as you manage a high volume of information while maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced environment.This position has been classified as “child related work”.
