Our Flood Restoration Portfolio (FRP)

What we trust you to deliver
Work closely with the Contracts Manager to review and revise processes.
Lead the performance of contract administration activities, including preparing and issuing variations, notices of delays, extension of time, and progress claims.
Prepare and submit all commercial notices and claims promptly (including variations, delays, disruptions, etc.), performing technical analysis and preparing evidence documents.
Assist contract managers in preparing all monthly cost reports and project reports.
Establish and maintain appropriate client, stakeholder, and supplier relationships to identify and minimise risk. Resolve issues as they arise and maximise the value of the contract.
Proactively identify, manage, and advise on commercial, contractual, operational, financial, reputational, ethical, and supply chain risks associated with the Portfolio contracts.
Coordinate contract execution and maintain accurate records of all contractual documents.
Monitor contract milestones and deliverables to ensure obligations are met on time.
Ensure relevant supporting data is submitted with progress claims.
What you'll need to be successful
Degree in building, construction management, engineering, and quantity surveying, or proven experience in a similar role in a construction environment.
Be capable of explaining processes and requirements, including spending, and persuade them to adopt best practices, given the complexity of contract management and the time-pressured working environment.
Be self-motivated, intelligent, inquisitive, proactive, observant, and aware.
Be financially literate and commercially astute.

Attractive remuneration for the right candidate.
This position is a full-time (70 Hrs per fortnight), term-based appointment until 31 December 2026.
