We're currently looking for a Director, Sales to join our Health & Care business unit. You will be responsible for delivering commercial success within your division. You will be leading Civica in presenting market and sector leadership to its customers through its GovTech software and service offerings. You will be working closely with your divisional Executive Director and Regional Director. You will be leading a team of sales, pre-sales and bidding professionals collaborating with leaders across functions such as Service, Support, Product and Central Functions. You'll need to have an indepth understanding of the Health & Care landscape, and a deep understanding of successful strategies to drive revenue & sales of software products.
This is a senior leadership role that requires strategic thinking, commercial acumen, problem solving skills, stakeholder management experience and an ability to operate in a fast-paced environment. You'll have the opportunity to uplift the team, set the benchmark for excellence when it comes to sales, and be integral when it comes to working strategically to define our GTM.
