Job Opportunity
We are seeking an Enquiry Consultant to provide exceptional customer service by guiding customers through insurance inquiries and ensuring their satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supporting customers with claims, renewals, quotes, new business applications, policy inquiries
* Maintaining accurate records management systems
