For this role, we are open to remote work and can hire anywhere in Australia.About the opportunityWe are looking for an experienced Public Sector Account Executive to drive growth and build strategic relationships within government, education, and not-for-profit organizations.
You will work closely with your customers as a trusted advisor to deeply understand their unique organizational challenges and goals.
You will consult with customers on the Dayforce Platform to evangelize solutions that will help them reach their business goals.If you have a strong background in enterprise SaaS sales and a passion for helping public sector organizations transform, we'd love to hear from you!What you'll get to doYou will be passionate, enthusiastic and a successful storyteller who wants to be part of one of the most dynamic cloud companies!You will be a key player in Dayforce's field sales team to drive net new business sales and manage existing accounts in the Public Sector vertical.You will drive complex sales cycles through orchestrating internal teams of pre-sales, value management, bid management, inside sales, marketing and sales support.You will implement value-selling processes alongside a wealth of knowledge of Dayforce's products and portfolio.You will use your public sector experience and consultative selling skills to initiate long-standing relationships with prospective customers and executive sponsors.You will employ effective selling strategies to successfully position Dayforce as the cloud partner of choice to ensure customer success.Skills and experience we value10+ years of sales experience in a sales role.Proven success selling into the Public Sector, with deep knowledge of procurement cycles and decision-making processes.Experience selling enterprise cloud / SaaS solutions, ideally in ERP, HCM, or financial planning.Understanding of the strategic competitive landscape and customer needs so you can effectively position Dayforce solutions into the public sector.Ability to understand and effectively explain the benefits of a secure Cloud / SaaS architecture solution.Track record of building strategic partnerships and alliances within the public sector ecosystem.Expertise in transformational selling, helping public sector organizations drive innovation and efficiency.What would make you really stand outProven ability in managing complex sales cycles from start to finish with a track record of successful revenue attainment.Proven experience of pulling together different business units to maximize sales opportunities.Maintain accurate and timely customer, pipeline, and forecast data.Familiarity with consultative selling methodologies.What's in it for youDayforce is fueled by the diversity of our talented employees.
