The opportunity: DoseAid employs over 80 staff and is focused on providing excellence in quality and service. We are seeking a diligent Maintenance Technician who has an eye for detail in our packaging/manufacturing facility. Working with our incumbent Maintenance technician, you will be jointly responsible for preventative and breakdown maintenance across the site.
What you will do: All work to be completed in line with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) requirementsInspect, maintain, monitor, troubleshoot and repair all equipmentRespond to breakdownsConduct routine preventative maintenance tasksEnsure safety and quality standards are maintained.What we are looking for: Mechanical and electrical fault-finding abilityTrade Qualification - Maintenance FitterOrganised with attention to detailElectrical license (Restricted ticket) preferableShare on-call rosterHistory working in the automated manufacturing environment with a good understanding of electrical and mechanical fault-findingCPR/LVR First Aid certificateGMP experiencePrevious experience (pharmaceutical, food or beverage) a distinct advantageYou will also be reliable with a can-do attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work unsupervised.
