If you are dedicated to user experience and thrive on solving complex problems that are a mix of business and user behaviour, this role is for you. You'll work with a small, highly motivated team of Sales, Customer Support, and Engineering. As the product & design lead you get to make the final calls when it comes to the product direction - there are no board members or investors to please or pander to. Who we're looking for What you'll do Lead the direction of the product including roadmapping, prioritising what to work on next, and everything related to the design. Discover user pain points / behaviours using research and analytics tools. Distill complex problems into simple, clear design solutions that drive customer growth and loyalty. Deliver brilliant designs at any fidelity, from rough mockups to pixel-perfect design files, and know when each is appropriate. Collaborate closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering teams. By 3 months You'll know the full ins and outs of how the current platform works. You'll deeply understand how our customers think and operate. You'll have a complete understanding of the working design files and design systems currently in use. You'll have a complete understanding of the current roadmap. You'll have a solid understanding of the product from a technical perspective. What you'll need 5+ years of experience as a Product Designer, UI/UX Designer, or Product Manager. A portfolio that showcases your ability to solve complex UX problems with simple UI with explanations of your approach and process so we can see why you chose your particular approach. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience delivering fully responsive, accessible, implementation-ready designs on both browser and native mobile. Previous work experience in a B2 B tech company or successful startup. Proficiency designing with modern tools such as Figma and using, maintaining, and contributing to a design system. Working knowledge of digital marketing on current platforms, e.g., Facebook Ads. Basic knowledge of full stack software engineering (Front end, Back end, Dev Ops).
