Key Responsibilities:
1. Office Administration: Manage daily operations, streamline office procedures, oversee supplies, and maintain a smooth workflow.
2. Client Coordination: Serve as the first point of contact, coordinate client meetings and property viewings, maintain accurate records.
3. Financial Administration: Handle banking, invoicing, settlements, and contract preparations.
4. Team Support: Assist agents with administrative tasks, facilitate team communication, organize events and training sessions.
5. Marketing & Communications: Support marketing efforts, manage social media, prepare marketing materials, and handle anniversary gifts.
The Ideal Candidate:
6. Experience: Proven experience in office and client management, preferably in real estate.
7. Knowledge: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software (e.g., Realworks, CRM systems, Docusign).
8. Skills: Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Qualifications/Experience:
9. A current driver's licence and working vehicle.
10. Availability to work on Saturdays as needed.
