With an appropriate record of strategic leadership and management in an education environment, the University Librarian will have the ability to build effective collaborative relationships and engage diverse stakeholder groups.
Outstanding communication skills are essential, as is the ability to influence, inspire, think creatively and exercise sound judgment in a dynamic environment.
